1. Product Details

• All product descriptions, colours, and specifications are given as accurately as possible.

• Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting and screen display differences.

• Handloom and handcrafted items may have minor irregularities, which are natural and not considered defects.

2. Order Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed only after receiving full payment/advance payment.

• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

• Customers must provide accurate contact information and delivery address.

3. Pricing & Availability

• Prices may change without prior notice.

• Product availability may vary; items can sell out quickly.

• Shipping charges are additional unless mentioned.

4. Payment Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Domestic and international shipping available.

• Shipping timelines vary based on destination and courier partner.

• Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.

• Aval Vastram is not responsible for any courier delays, customs hold, or transit issues.

• If a parcel is damaged during transit, the issue must be raised with the courier; we will assist wherever possible.

6. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

• We follow a NO return, NO exchange, NO refund policy.

• Only in cases of wrong product sent or damaged product received, a review will be initiated.

• Mandatory proof: Unboxing video without cuts or pauses, sent within 24 hours of delivery.

• Used, washed, or altered products will not be accepted for review.

• Replacement or refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Aval Vastram.

7. Custom / Pre-Order Items

• Customised, pre-order or made-on-request products require advance payment.

• These items cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.

8. Intellectual Property

• All product images, videos, brand name, and content belong to Aval Vastram.

• Reuse, copying, editing, or commercial use of our content is not permitted without written consent.

• All customer details will be kept confidential and used only for order management.
